The Writing 110 class was asked to help Santa this year. Apparently, Santa has received so many letters from children in Miramichi that the Grade 10 students at Blackville School, who are in Writing 110, wrote reply letters to Ms. Brophy's kindergarten and grade one class at North and South Esk Elementary. On behalf of Santa, the Writing 110 class wrote replies to the students, reminding them that the Christmas season is about family and friends and to get lots of sleep on Christmas Eve. Nicole Sullivan and Josie Coulter also donned the Santa helper costumes so a photo could accompany each letter.
